818 Inspections provides it’s clients with a 5 Year Leak Repair Coverage policy free of charge with the VIP Inspection package. This plan covers your home for a period of 5 years following the date of the inspection against new leaks. If any leaks that were not present at the time of the inspection appear, after a small deductible of $500, repair costs are covered up to $3,000.
